Sleep Apnea..........

Do you find it difficult to sleep for at least 8 hours? What is your idea of a sound sleep? I don't joke with my beauty sleep....you shouldn't either. 

Sleep Apnea often goes undiagnosed , no blood test can help diagnose the condition.

Sleep Apnea is a common disorder in which you have one or more pauses in breathing(shallow breaths). While you sleep , you tend to move from a deep sleep to a shallow sleep.....


 Do You Usually Feel This Way?..... When you get tired easily during the day as a result of a poor sleep at night, you may want to check yourself...hmm!

 Now this is the Scary Part......... Sleep Apnea is a leading cause of Day Time Sleepiness!!  Wooh!! 

The most common form of Sleep Apnea is the Obstructive Sleep Apnea and its most common in people who are overweight.........Did you just scream Overweight??? Loud snoring may also be as a result of Sleep Apnea.  

DO YOU THINK YOU ARE AT RISK?? 

Here Are Some Self Treatment Option....

Lose weight, 

Quit Smoking, 

Avoid Alcohol, Sleeping pills and Sedatives 

Avoid Caffeine and Heavy Meals, 

Maintain regular Sleeping Hours. 

To help prevent Sleep Apnea.......... Sleep on your side!!!!!!!! 

ITS THAT SIMPLE. YOU MAY  WANT TO TELL ME ABOUT SOMEONE WHO YOU THINKS SUFFERS FROM SLEEP APNEA............ I crave to hear from you....

    Pls am havin diz constant backache like whenever I sit 4 long, my back will be aching seriously. Wat is d casue of it and wat can i do 2 stop it.

    1. Dear Musibau,
      I'll advise you sleep earlier than your usual bed time. 4 hours seem pretty small .....when we sleep,our system undergoes some delicate repairs and if we do not give our bodies enough rest time, a breakdown is possible. Avoid excess sugar, caffeine and heavy meals .....Take a lot of water too..I do hope this helps! Good luck!
