Dates are so amazing!! I used to think of them as been too sweet for my taste buds until I got to learn more about this amazing fruit from Suleiman..This fruit has countless benefits ranging from been a great natural aphrodisiac to been an awesome protector of the Heart.. I once read an article titled'' Dates: The World's number one food against Heart Attacks, Hypertension, Stroke and Cholesterol... I found it very interesting! Dates are packed with lots of nutrients and as seen in the picture below, Here are some of the reasons why you should eat dates.. Judging from the percentage of fat contained in a date palm, it is unarguably an ideal snack for weight watchers amidst other awesome benefits.. I recently got an information about alum which I thought would be very useful to all of my readers .  Did you know that some people use alum in grinding plantain/yam flour for consumption?  It's sickening! Talking about yet another compulsive disorder usually present in some individuals without them realizing, are obsessions. OCD's involves unwanted and disturbing thoughts, images or urges(obsessions) that intrudes an individual's mind causing a great deal of discomfort and anxiety which the individual tries to overcome by engaging in repetitive behavior or mental acts (compulsions). It's a chronic and long-lasting disorder in which the person has uncontrollable, reoccurring thoughts (obsessions) and behaviors (compulsions) that he or she feels the urge to repeat over and over again.    I'll be blogging about a condition that describes someone to be a pathological liar. We all have that one friend who does nothing but tell lies. Sadly for some of these people, it's not intentional while for others it is. Just before you walk away from such a pal, i would want to ask if you've ever considered the fact that they may be suffering from a disorder... Compulsive liars find comfort in lying as they tend to do this with so much ease even when the truth is staring right back at them. Children been forced to live without their mothers.. Kids made to watch their mum's go through the most inhumane treatment from men they recognize as their father.. The stigma never leaves... Fear beyond all telling builds up within them... it all seems like a dream.. they watch her eyelids hoping for a flicker of hope and yet she lies there motionless.. while her husband flees before the break of dawn...                               Love that once blossomed becomes nothing but a faux!  Marriage is a union of two imperfect people.
