Hello dearies.. so good to be back again. I recently got an information about alum which I thought would be very useful to all of my readers. 

 Did you know that some people use alum in grinding plantain/yam flour for consumption? 


It's sickening! Just when you working so hard to eat right and reduce some carbs..... Then you find this!!

 I want to give a big Shout-out to @1qfoodplatter for giving us a heads up on the current happenings in the market...
