Waist Trimmers/Cinchers.... Friend or Foe?
Every woman wants to look and feel good. They want the attention and all. Its lovely stepping out in that body hugging dress and having the people around look wowed at your figure. It's fun bringing out the Kim Kardashian in you but the question is? How safe are these trimmers/cinchers? The media has hyped the sale of waist trimmers all over the country. It's so tempting that every lady wants to indulge in it. I love the idea of a nice curve in a lovely dress. Wearing a waist trimmer might give you that confidence to slip into a really tight fitted gown as you hit the town but does it really burn belly fat?
