Stress.......

Laugh a little.....
When you laugh, you send chemicals known as endorphin to your brains that ease brains and enhance your feeling of well-being. Laughter also stimulates the head, muscles and lungs. It also boosts your resistance to infection. If you laugh for 20 secs, your body gets the same amount of beneficial oxygen which is good for stress relief as it does for 3 minutes of aerobic exercises. Its nearly impossible to stay tense when you laughing....so please share a joke with someone today...

Avoid Crowds.....
Do your shopping at mid week and avoid the usual rush at weekends...You can order your clothes and other stuff online.

De-clutter your world......
Stop hoarding old clothes, magazines and all....Take out the clutters and free the spaces available.....Coming into a house that's  full of clutters can be depressing and this takes a toll on you. Clutter- free surrounding will prevent the frustration of not been able to find something you need.....Take out the excess!

Eliminate last minute rushes......
Leave the house early enough for your appointments....reorganize your work desk and prevent the last hour rush at a given deadline...be at the airport early enough for your flight....Reduce the excessive adrenaline! A little advance planning can save you the headache.

Keep a journal......
Every night before turning in for the day, i try to reflect on the day's work and all that went on during the course of my activities...Reflecting on your day, emotions and personal goals including everything that stresses you can  help you recognize patterns and take appropriate actions.....Get writing!!!

Get a massage......
Massage not only relaxes tense muscles, it decreases the level of stress hormones in the bloodstream and stimulates the release of serotonin, a brain chemical associated with relaxation and feeling of well-being. Studies shows that massage can even lower your heart rate and blood pressure.

Chop your to-do-list in half......
Most of us set the bars too high...After writing your to-do list ,decide what is most important to you in the long run and cut the list into half. If you can't eliminate certain tasks, try to find someone else to help you out......

Crave time for yourself......
Give higher priority to your renewal and relax time! Listen to music, read a book, shop for new things, go for a pedicure/manicure, give yourself some treats....You need a break!....

Avoid Crowds........
You can avoid the usual crowd at the market place over the weekends by doing your shopping withing the week....shop online if the case permits... Avoid crowded places as this could heightened your anxiety.... Be more conversant with serene atmospheres...

Studies of both animals and humans have shown that social contact can help tone down the body's physical response to stress. it can even boost immunity so a network of people you can turn to ...Share what is bothering you with a friend and ask for some helpful advice. Avoid people who always need something without giving back, or who are constantly moody or depressed.....

If your work and home live has gotten you frazzled, reduce the stress with these simple steps....i'm certain it would go a long way!

So make that call today to your friends......a pizza evening would be just a great way to kick off the de-stress campaign!!!....*winks*
