5 Weekend Health Hazards...

Food Poisoning...
As you step out for the evening, be mindful of what you eat or drink. The risk of food poisoning is so real and it could result in a dysentery. If you have to try out new foods, have a little else you run the risk of spoiling your evening with a stomach upset..

Drunk Driving...
I've heard a couple of guys say.. ''I drive better when i'm tipsy'' ....*eyes popping* Like seriously?? How possible is this? When you tipsy you feel lighter than normal and totally oblivious of your surrounding or actions. Too much alcohol alters your decision making capabilities and you stand the risk of endangering your life. 
Over the weekend, 60% of road traffic accidents are commonly attributed to drunk driving. Please be careful while partying..have a friend drive you home if u don't feel up to it.

Texting & Driving...
You'll hurt yourself if you still engage in this act. Take a break from your phone while behind the wheels. The messages can wait, you could return those urgent calls when you packed safely. Engaging in this act not only puts your life at risk, you are also endangering the life of other road users... 

Beach fun...
If you have to be at the beach over the weekend, you should be mindful of your conduct. I'll advise you don't go wave chasing or beach diving... People lose their life easily at beaches by engaging in dangerous stunts and water tricks.... THE BEACH IS NOT A POOL ...You should always remember this.

Be security conscious...
While you enjoy the weekend, It's imperative that you keep a third eye. Obey your instincts at all times, it's been known to save the day. Keep your car doors closed and avoid awkward situations. It's safer not to display luxury items in your car, it will keep your car from been burgled.

Be sure to have a lovely weekend and stay save at all times....Remember the safest way is always the best way! *winks*
