Women please love each other! Encourage one another..! Uplift one another! Stand for each other... Support one another!

80% of the average woman you see walk right past you is depressed and struggling with Self esteem! You must learn to love yourself first before you can love someone else....

Oh how wonderful the world would be when women learn to stand up for each other like the men would do! The guys would always stand up for each other amidst the difficulties! Ain't we stronger?

Rather than indulge in all sorts of malice, backbiting, envy and pulling down, why can't we do better and be better!

You can't pull someone else down just so you can rise above them..

Older Ladies with low self esteem would always hate the sight of a young good-looking lady. Rather than appreciate them, they make all sorts of excuses to pull them down. How beautiful the world will be when we just simply learn to love.

Practical steps to building your self esteem include the following:

  • Learn to complement other women's looks and skills.
  • Do not envy other women who are excelling in their fields or who are more beautiful than you are. We are all uniquely beautiful in our own way.
  • Learn to say the words: You look beautiful !, I love your hair !, I love your shoes !, You are so good at what you do!, You are blessed! e.t.c
  • Constantly saying these words helps you build love for others and confidence in yourself. It would ease your heart and give you a feeling of joy and peace.
  • Never compare yourself to anyone.
  • Be content with what you have and are! You are not in a competition with anyone.
  • Do not be shy to ask for help in improving yourself.
  • Seek out  what you admire in your fellow woman and sweetly ask how you could get or achieve the same feat.
  • Stay Positive at all times.
  • Believe in yourself!
  • Avoid negative selftalk.
  • Take good care of yourself!
It's ok if you can't seem to lose as much weight as you would love!

It's ok if you can't have a postpartum snap back as seen on the gram!

It's ok not to wear the trending style!

It's ok to get help in getting your brows and makeup done!

It's ok to appreciate the ladies with slimmer looks than you!

It's ok to appreciate the lady who you think has got things going for her!

Appreciate the gram but do not LIVE YOUR LIFE BASED ON IT!
